We ship within Australia only. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date you placed your order.
Once items have been collected from SkinKandy by Australia Post they are then the responsibility of Australia Post. Any issues after collection must be directly dealt through Australia post. For sale periods there may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days.
All orders under $40 are charged with an $8.25 flat-rate cost for standard shipping and $11.25 for express shipping Australia wide. For orders over $40 standard shipping is free of charge.
SkinKandy has two types of gifts cards available, one to be used INSTORE and the other to be used ONLINE. Please make sure you pick the gift card that suits your needs. Gift cards are valid for 3 years. Note; gift cards purchased INSTORE can only be used INSTORE.
In order to use this gift card, simply take your confirmation email with your gift voucher code, into any SkinKandy store and show it to the store staff to make your purchase.

Online Purchases Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or due to selecting the incorrect size. Please take the time to check your selection is correct and suitable for your piercing type. For questions about sizing please email email@example.com or check out our size guide. Returns are only accepted if the product is deemed faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty, please email your order number along with a photo of the product and a description of the product fault to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from your purchase.
Please note: Online orders cannot be amended after the order has been placed.
In Store Purchases Due to the nature of our products refunds will not be supplied unless the product is faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty, please return the faulty product, along with a copy of your receipt, to the SkinKandy store that you made your original purchase from within 30 days of your purchase. If a product is deemed faulty, a store credit will be supplied.
2 For 1 Piercings
Both piercings must be performed on the same body – not valid to share. More than one 2 for 1 sale booking can be made, as long as no more than 4 piercings are performed in the day as our daily piercing limit per body is 4. Only valid on day of sale, cannot be booked and used on a future date.
