1. Promotion
Terms and Conditions
The ‘RHYTHM AND VINES SKINKANDY GIVEAWAY’ will begin at 12pm NEW ZEALAND STANDARD TIME (“NZST”) on 12 JUNE, 2025 and will end on 11:59pm NEW ZEALAND STANDARD TIME (“NZST”) on 30 JULY, 2025.
By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have reviewed, accepted and agreed to these terms, and accept the decisions made by SkinKandy as final and binding in all respects. No prize will be awarded under the Promotion unless in SkinKandy’s sole discretion, the relevant prize winner has complied in all respects with the requirements set out in these terms.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any flight and accommodation providers, or Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter or any other channel or medium in which it is promoted.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is exclusive to New Zealand, to those who are 18 years of age or older.
This giveaway 2025 is exclusive to KandyClub Members who have made and fulfilled a piercing appointment within the promotion dates.
The entrant must agree to these terms and conditions to be eligible for this promotion.
3. How to Enter
To participate in the Promotion, participants must be signed up to the KandyClub loyalty program, have made and completed a piercing appointment at any SkinKandy location within New Zealand.
Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple entries, including from the same device or ISP will be treated as one entry. SkinKandy may ignore entries submitted by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, entries by any means which, in the opinion of SkinKandy subverts the entry process, entries are mechanically reproduced, or otherwise, where SkinKandy believes there has been manipulation in any way, including via bots and equivalent, and is not obliged to provide reasons or evidence to any participants in relation to the removal, omissions or treatment of entries in the Promotion.
4. Winner Selection
The winning participant will be determined by SkinKandy at 11am NZST on 15 August 2025 at 11 Beach Rd, Maroochydore QLD. The winning participant will be randomly generated online from a pool of all eligible participants.
All decisions by SkinKandy are final.
5. Prize
There will only be one prize in the Promotion.
The prize is valued up to $5,000.00.
Prize includes:
- 1 x Rhythm and Vines 2025 Glamping Package (4 x tickets and accommodation). The festival runs 28 December, 2025 to 31 December, 2025 at Waiohika Estate, Gisborn, New Zealand. Click here for more information about the Glamping Package for Rhythm and Vines 2025.
- 1 x $500 SkinKandy Voucher.
Winner and guests will be required to find their own travel arrangement to and from the festival.
By accepting this prize, winner and guests agree to participate in content capture in the lead up to and during the festival. Content will be captured by SkinKandy and used at SkinKandy’s discretion across owned and paid media channels. Consent forms will be supplied to each participant.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize will only be awarded for the dates set out above and SkinKandy will not be responsible or liable to replace or provide any part of the prize that is redeemed by the winning participants on the dates set out above, and any part of the prize that is not redeemed by the winning participant will be deemed forfeited.
6. Winner Notification
The potential prize winner will be notified by phone and by email at the phone number and email address supplied on the entry form on or about 15 August, 2025.
3 attempts to contact the winner over a 48 hour period will be made by phone and email. If SkinKandy does not receive confirmation from the winning participant accepting the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and will be drawn again. The redraw will occur on or about 11am AEDT on 18 August, 2025 or the next closest business date at 11 Beach Rd, Maroochydore QLD. The winning participant will be randomly generated online from a pool of all eligible participants.
7. Privacy
SKinKandy will handle information provided by the participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
SkinKandy collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers.
