Damages and faulty products
If a product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Where a product has a minor fault, SkinKandy may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement or repair.
To make a claim, please return the product together with proof of purchase to any SkinKandy store.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items
