Cubic zirconia gem design top is internally threaded meaning there are no gaps for any build up of debris or bacteria.
Internally threaded jewellery also has a smoother finish, making it shinier and more gentle for insertion. The 16 gauge (thickness) bar measures 8mm (not including the top) and has a flat back.
