We currently offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

Free Standard delivery for orders over $65 and Free Express shipping for orders over $90.

Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched the same day. During sale periods and public holidays, there may be a delay of 2-3 business days.
Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.

If you've received a broken or faulty item, please send your order number, along with a brief description and a photo of the item, via our Contact Us form.

- On a computer, enter your unique gift card number in the 'Discount code or gift card' box on the right-hand side.
-On a phone or tablet, click 'Show order summary' at the top of the checkout screen to reveal the 'Discount code or gift card' box.
If there’s a remaining balance after applying the gift card, proceed with payment as usual.
Absolutely! Digital and physical SkinKandy gift cards can be redeemed in-store for both piercing services and jewellery.
