Area Manager - QLD North

SkinKandy is a leading name in professional body piercing, with more than 100+ stores and a culture built on craft, confidence and self-expression.

We’re looking for a QLD North Area Manager who matches that energy - someone who leads with conviction, develops people with purpose and knows how to turn strategy into strong commercial results.

The Role

This is not a desk job.

As our QLD North Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a portfolio of high-energy stores across the Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns.

You’ll coach and develop Store Managers, take ownership of commercial outcomes and ensure every store delivers an exceptional customer and employee experience.

You’ll own:

People – Recruit, coach and inspire Store Managers, Body Piercers and Jewellery Stylists who are passionate about their craft and customer experience.

Performance – Drive sales, KPIs, productivity, stock management and store presentation. You’ll set clear expectations, monitor performance and support your leaders to deliver results.

Operations – Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, workforce management and customer experience.

Growth – Onboard new talent, build a strong succession pipeline and develop future leaders across the region.

Strategy – Partner with our Support Office on the Sunshine Coast to bring national initiatives to life across your stores.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated multi-site retail management experience
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting retail performance data
• The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into practical action
• Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills
• Experience managing performance and holding leaders accountable
• The flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the QLD North region
• High standards for your team, your stores and the customer experience
  

Experience within beauty, fashion, accessories, jewellery or body piercing would be highly regarded, but your leadership capability is what matters most.
