At SkinKandy, we are seeking Casual Order Fulfillment Assistants to join our warehouse team in Kunda Park, QLD! This casual role is perfect for someone looking to get hands-on in a dynamic environment, with an immediate focus on covering Mondays and occasional Tuesdays. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of our inventory and stock.

What you'll be doing

  • Picking, packing and dispatching product in a timely manner
  • Accurately scanning, labelling and preparing parcels for shipment
  • Maintaining high standards of stock control and organisation within the warehouse
  • Assisting with the receiving and put-away of inbound inventory
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or issues
  • Collaborating with the wider warehouse and retail team to achieve daily business targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar order fulfillment or warehouse role
  • Ability to confidently operate a reach walkie stacker
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory processes
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
