Kandy Club Double Trouble Event – Terms & Conditions

In-Studio 2-for-1 Piercing Day: Thursday 29 October 2026
General
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all promotions, offers and activities forming part of the SkinKandy Kandy Club Double Trouble Event ("the Campaign") running from 28 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 inclusive ("the Promotional Period").
The Campaign is operated by SkinKandy Pty Ltd ("SkinKandy", "we", "us"). By participating in any element of the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SkinKandy reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any element of the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms will prevail.
The Campaign is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Participants must be aged 16 years or over. Participants under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent prior to receiving any piercing service.
2 for 1 Piercings – All SkinKandy Studios
Valid: Thursday 29 October 2026 only, across all SkinKandy Studios. Kandy Club members only.
On Thursday 29 October 2026, Kandy Club members may receive a second piercing of equal or lesser value free of charge when a first piercing is purchased at full price ("2-for-1 Offer").
The 2-for-1 Offer is available to active Kandy Club members only. Membership must be verified at the time of booking or in-Studio prior to service.
Both piercings must be performed on the same person on the same day.
The offer applies to piercing services only and basic piercing jewellery. If the customer wishes to purchase more expensive piercing jewellery, this is of their own choice and will not be included.
The 2-for-1 Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or redemption, including Kandy Club point redemptions and the online Prices as Marked sale below.
SkinKandy reserves the right to refuse service where a piercing is deemed medically unsuitable or contrary to our standard piercing policy.
Bookings are strongly recommended and subject to availability. Walk-in appointments are available at SkinKandy's discretion based on Studio capacity.
The offer is valid on 29 October 2026 only and will be offered at all SkinKandy Studios across Australia & New Zealand.
Online Sale – Prices as Marked
Valid: Wednesday 28 October 2026, 13:00 AEST – Thursday 29 October 2026, 11:59pm AEST. Online only, at skinkandy.com.
During the Promotional Period, selected styles at skinkandy.com will be discounted with prices as marked ("the Sale"). Sale styles will be clearly marked on skinkandy.com. No promotional code is required. Sale pricing is shown automatically on eligible product pages.
The sale is available online only and does not apply to in-Studio purchases.
Sale prices are as marked on skinkandy.com and are only valid during the Promotional Period. Orders must be placed and confirmed within the Promotional Period to receive Sale pricing.
The Sale applies to selected styles only, as marked. The sale excludes gift cards, 14K Solid Gold products and aftercare products, which are not eligible for sale pricing under any circumstance.
The sale cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount code, or with the in-Studio 2-for-1 Offer above.

SkinKandy reserves the right to end the sale, or amend sale pricing, at any time without prior notice.
Kandy Club membership
Several elements of the Campaign are exclusive to Kandy Club members. Membership is free and open to eligible customers via the SkinKandy website or in-Studio.
Kandy Club membership must be active and verified at the time of participation to access member-exclusive offers.
SkinKandy reserves the right to verify membership status and refuse access to member-exclusive offers where membership cannot be confirmed.
Kandy Club membership is governed by the Kandy Club T&Cs which apply in addition to these Campaign Terms.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with SkinKandy's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to SkinKandy collecting, storing and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign and related marketing communications.
