Do not remove your jewellery during the healing phase, as this can cause the piercing to close and increases the risk of the anchor migrating or being rejected. How do I change the top on a dermal piercing?
The top unscrews from the anchor thanks to the internally threaded design, letting you swap the visible piece without removing the anchor itself.
