Loyalty Program - KandyClub Terms
- Introduction:
1.1 SkinKandy and its group of companies runs a loyalty program known as the KandyClub (“Program”).
1.2 These terms and conditions form the basis of the Program and govern membership of the Program.
1.3 By applying for membership, you:
1.3.1 agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations to them;
1.3.2 agree to participate in the Program;
1.3.3 agree to receive information and promotions via e-mail, mail and SMS/ MMS (where such information has been provided by you) from SkinKandy; and
1.3.4 agree, to receive requests to join social media groups created and operated by SkinKandy and to receive information and promotions through social media.
- Membership:
2.1 To become a member of the Program (“Member”) you will need to provide your name, and a current email address (we may also ask for your DOB and mobile number to ensure you never miss out on any of our amazing offers and rewards).
2.2 You can sign up to the KandyClub instore or by submitting your details online. Membership is free.
2.3 Employees of SkinKandy are not eligible to join the Program.
2.4 Persons under the age of 16 are not eligible to join the Program. If you are under the age of 18, SkinKandy may require a parent or legal guardian to approve your membership.
2.5 Applicants can only be eligible for one membership each and SkinKandy reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s account.
2.6 Membership is for personal use only. It must not be used by or for a corporation or business and is not transferable.
2.7 Members of the Program may be offered with the benefits listed in Clause 4 (“Benefits”) subject to Clause 11.
2.8 You may cancel your membership or unsubscribe from the KandyClub at any time. See Clause 5 for further details.
- Participation:
3.1 A Member can identify themself as a Member In-store by providing personal information, which matches up with the personal information the Member has previously provided to SkinKandy (“Identification”).
3.2 To redeem special offers or discounts In-store, a Member may be asked to present digital vouchers or codes received via email or SMS, to SkinKandy staff.
3.3 SkinKandy is not responsible for expired Benefits according to these terms and conditions or for lost codes and/or vouchers.
3.4 It is the responsibility of the Member to check the receipt after each transaction to ensure the details are correct. It is the responsibility of the Member to provide SkinKandy with any changes to the Member’s personal details.
- Benefits
4.1 Birthday Discount
A $20.00 discount on a piercing service is offered during the birthday month of each member. This discount is delivered on the first of the month via email or SMS and is valid for the duration of the month in which your birthday falls. This offer is only valid in-store, on one piercing service, and reoccurs each year so long as you remain a member of the KandyClub.
4.2 Anniversary Discount
A $15.00 discount on any purchase, in-store or online is offered during the sign-up anniversary month of each member. This discount is delivered on the first of the month via email or SMS and is valid for the duration of the month in which your sign-up anniversary falls. This offer is valid in-store or on-line, on one purchase, and reoccurs each year so long as you remain a member of the KandyClub.
4.3. Downsizing Discount
A $5.00 discount on jewellery purchased as part of a downsize service is offered to Members whom present to any SkinKandy store for a piercing downsize, where the downsize jewellery is purchased at the time of the downsize service.
4.4 Other rewards and offers
Members may be given the opportunity to enter competitions and receive information, promotions or offers run by SkinKandy. Competitions and other information, promotions or offers may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
- Cancellation and Marketing Opt-out
5.1 If a Member no longer wishes to participate in the Program or receive the information or offerings, the Member can withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting our customer Service Team via phone, or by emailing (customerservice@skinkandy.com), or contact your local SkinKandy store via phone or in person.
5.2 By Unsubscribing or cancelling your membership to the KandyClub you are agreeing to opt-out from receiving offers, discounts and other marketing and promotional material from SkinKandy via email, SMS or other means.
5.3 By opting-out from receiving marketing and promotional material you are agreeing to withdraw or cancel your membership to the Program, as you will be unable to receive any benefits, discounts or special offers.
5.4 Any valid offers or discounts received prior to cancelling your membership or opting-out of receiving marketing and promotional materials, that have not yet been redeemed at the time of opting-out or cancelling your membership will be voided.
5.5 You can re-join the Program at anytime.
5.2 SkinKandy reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend or cancel the Program and/or the Card at any time upon reasonable notice.
- Notices
Any notice SkinKandy may wish to provide to the Member shall be regarded as notified to the Member if sent by prepaid post or e-mail addressed to the Member’s address provided in the enrolment form, or as otherwise notified in writing to SkinKandy

- Personal information
A Member can update their personal information by contacting our customer service Team via phone, email or by visiting their local SkinKandy store
- Privacy policy
The SkinKandy privacy policy can be accessed online or by contacting SkinKandy at info@skinkandy.com. This privacy policy sets out the details relating to your data relationship with SkinKandy, and applies to services and interactions with SkinKandy.
- Variations
10.1 SkinKandy may change, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 We will give advance notice of any such change, suspension or termination on our website (or you can obtain details by contacting SkinKandy at customerservice@skinkandy.com), which will allow you time to cancel your membership within the period of that advance notice, in the event that you do not wish to agree to the relevant change or suspension.
10.3 Where we change the terms and conditions, a copy of the revised terms and conditions will be available on the SkinKandy website or can be obtained by contacting SkinKandy at info@skinkandy.com. We recommend that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
- General
11.1 The Benefits of the program may be provided SkinKandy in relation to a single store, all stores or online (www.skinkandy.com). Each Benefit, at the time it is provided, will state how, where and to what extent the Benefit is able to be redeemed.
11.2 The technology utilised by the Program depend on third parties and SkinKandy. SkinKandy is not responsible for computer or technological errors or failures, or for fraud.
11.3 Benefits provided under the Program are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are not negotiable instruments.
11.4 Third parties involved in the program do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of SkinKandy and SkinKandy accepts no liability in respect of such representations, warranties or statements.
