Our Customer Care Team provide frontline customer support to our stores, managing a range of enquiries and coordinating bookings across mulit-platforms.
Our customers have come to know of the consistently high standards that are set for them, so we're looking for dedicated and passionate peeps to carry on that tradition. You’re the type of person that customers enjoy talking to. You’re helpful, proactive, dependable, and nothing is too much of a problem for you.

You have a genuine interest in the body piercing and jewellery industry
You are an effective communicator, articulate and compassionate
You work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at once

You have a healthy respect for systems, processes & structureYou have strong computer/admin skills and high accuracy with data entry
You have superior skills in managing feedback and complaints resolution
