We have a unique opportunity for a people leadership and operational guru to join us as our Victoria West Area Manager.

The Opportunity

As our Victoria West Area Manager you’ll lead, coach, and inspire our growing team of Store Leaders and Piercers across the country. You’ll drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and be a champion for the SkinKandy 'Kulture'.

You’ll be:

  • Leading and motivating a team across multiple growing stores
  • Coaching and developing Store Managers and upskilling future leaders
  • Owning store performance – sales, KPIs, shrinkage, presentation, and people
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting talent growth
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and customer experience are next-level
  • Working closely with HQ in Sunshine Coast, Australia to roll out national strategies locally

What You Bring

  • Proven multi-site retail management experience
  • A genuine love for people leadership and development
  • Strong commercial mindset – you know how to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Victoria West
  • Passion for the SkinKandy brand, with high standards for service and presentation

Retail experience in beauty, fashion, accessories or body piercing is a bonus, but not a must – we’ll train you on the technical side!
