Terms and Conditions

The SkinKandy X Schoolies 2025 2 FOR 1 Piercing Offer (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00am AEST on November 22nd, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on December 7th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have reviewed, accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and accept the decisions made by SkinKandy as final and binding in all respects. No offer will be honoured unless, in SkinKandy’s sole discretion, the participant has complied with all requirements set out in these terms.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Schoolies organisers, or any external channel or medium in which it is promoted.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open exclusively to Schoolies 2025 Gold Coast attendees.

• Participants must present:
  - A valid Schoolies 2025 lanyard, and
  - Matching photo ID (the lanyard name must match the ID).

• The offer can only be redeemed once per person during the Promotion Period.

3. Offer Details

• The offer provides 2 piercings for the price of 1, applied to a single person only.

• The Promotion is valid exclusively at the following SkinKandy locations:
  
  - Paradise Centre, Surfers Paradise
  - Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach
  - Robina Town Centre, Robina
  - Tweed City Shopping Centre, Tweed - Heads South
  - Westfield Helensvale, Helensvale
  
  
• Appointments must be booked and completed within the Promotion Period and are subject to availability.

4. Redemption Process

To redeem this Promotion, participants must:

1. Visit one of the participating SkinKandy stores during the Promotion Period.

2. Present their valid Schoolies 2025 lanyard and matching ID.

3. Book and receive their piercing appointment between November 22nd and December 7th, 2025.

No exceptions will be made outside of these requirements.

5. General Conditions

• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Piercings must be performed on the same individual; the offer cannot be split between multiple people.

• SkinKandy reserves the right to refuse service if ID or lanyard details do not match, or if participants fail to comply with piercing consent requirements (including age restrictions and parental consent where applicable).

• All decisions by SkinKandy are final.

• This offer excludes 14k solid gold and selected premium upgrades.

6. Privacy

SkinKandy will handle participant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Personal information may be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and may be disclosed to relevant third parties (e.g., staff or service providers) as required.

When coming into SK, here’s your MUST-DOs before your NEW piercing:

• Don’t forget your ID – you’ll need it to confirm your Schoolies lanyard matches.

• Make sure you eat before your appointment

• Avoid drinking alcohol up to 8 hours before – alcohol is a blood thinner and this will affect how much you bleed when getting pierced.

• Stay hydrated

• Don't forget your aftercare - this will ensure your NEW Schoolies piercing heals perfectly!

• Take a breath & relax – our professional piercers have you covered every step of the way.

• Bring your Schoolies energy – you’re here to celebrate, so let’s make it an unforgettable piercing experience!
