Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 11 am will leave the warehouse the same day. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods or public holidays, dispatch may be delayed by 2–3 business days.
Courier Responsibility
Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of our delivery partners. SkinKandy is not liable for delays, missing, or lost parcels post-dispatch. For tracking issues, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
Delivery Notifications & Tracking
Tracked delivery options include updates from both SkinKandy and Australia Post. If an item is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to our warehouse (e.g., not collected in time), you will be required to pay for reshipping.
IMPORTANT: Once orders leave our warehouse they are now the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option at checkout you will receive correspondence not only from us, but also Australia Post with your tracking information.
Please note - we cannot be responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item has been 'delivered' via our tracking system you must consult with Australia Post for any enquiries relating to your delivery.
Australia Post will only hold your item at the post office for a certain period. If after this period your package is returned to our warehouse you will be responsible for paying for the re-shipping cost back to you.
