SkinKandy – 2 for $80 Piercing Promotion Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Application 
    1.1 These Terms & Conditions (Promotion Terms) apply to the 2 for $80 Piercing Promotion (Promotion) offered by SkinKandy Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 148 135 639) trading as SkinKandy, and its related entities, subsidiaries, and franchisees (collectively, we, us, or our). 
    1.2 By participating in the Promotion, booking an appointment, or proceeding to receive Services under the Promotion, you (the Client) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Promotion Terms, together with the SkinKandy Important Terms and Service Waiver (Waiver), Privacy Policy, and any applicable studio policies available at www.skinkandy.com. 
    1.3 The Promotion is available in participating SkinKandy Studios across Australia and New Zealand, and may be booked online via the official SkinKandy website. 
    1.4 These Promotion Terms operate in conjunction with, and are subject to, the Waiver. Where there is any inconsistency, the Waiver prevails to the extent of that inconsistency. 

  1. Promotion Overview 
    2.1 The Promotion entitles the Client to receive two (2) eligible piercing Services for a total price of $80 AUD/NZD, when both Services are performed in the same appointment and on the same person. 
    2.2 The Promotion includes the piercing Services (the act of creating the piercing) together with standard surgical steel jewellery for each piercing. 
    2.3 Alternative jewellery materials, such as titanium or gold, may be selected at an additional cost. 
    2.4 The Promotion applies only to included piercing types as listed on the 2 for $80 Promotion page at www.skinkandy.com/pages/skinkandy-2-for-80-promotion. 
    2.5 The Promotion is available for a limited time and subject to studio availability. 

  1. Eligibility & Conditions 
    3.1 Both piercing Services must be performed on the same Client, on the same body, during a single appointment and transaction. The Promotion cannot be split, shared, transferred, or redeemed across multiple individuals or sessions. 
    3.2 Gift cards and eligible loyalty discounts may be used toward the Promotion, provided they are applied in accordance with their own terms and conditions. The Promotion cannot otherwise be combined with any other offer, voucher, or discount unless expressly authorised by SkinKandy. 
    3.3 The Promotion is not valid for previous Services, rescheduled appointments outside the promotion period, or partial redemptions. 

  1. Bookings & Appointments 
    4.1 Appointments under this Promotion are subject to availability and standard SkinKandy booking procedures. 
    4.2 Clients must comply with all identification, consent, and age requirements as set out in the Waiver. Where the Client is a Minor, a parent or legal guardian must review, consent, and sign the Consent Form in accordance with Clause 12 of the Waiver. 
    4.3 SkinKandy and its Representatives reserve the right to refuse to provide Services to any Client in accordance with Clauses 4.1–4.3 of the Waiver, including where a Client appears unfit, under the influence, or is behaving in a threatening or unsafe manner. 
    4.4 Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments is subject to SkinKandy’s standard studio policies. Missed or late appointments may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer. 

  1. Services, Risks & Aftercare 
    5.1 The Promotion covers the provision of piercing Services, which involve the creation of body piercings by qualified or supervised professionals in accordance with the Waiver. 
    5.2 Clients acknowledge that all Services carry inherent risks, as described in Clause 3.2 of the Waiver, including but not limited to bruising, bleeding, swelling, infection, scarring, and allergic reactions. 
    5.3 Clients must follow all verbal and written aftercare instructions provided by SkinKandy. Failure to follow these instructions may increase the risk of complications and void any applicable guarantees or follow-up offers. 
    5.4 SkinKandy provides a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on Piercing Services under Clause 7 of the Waiver, allowing a free re-pierce if the Client is not satisfied with placement or positioning, subject to assessment and healing suitability. 
    5.5 SkinKandy does not provide refunds on piercing Services, including those performed under this Promotion, except as required by law. 

  1. Refunds & Consumer Law 
    6.1 Due to hygiene and safety regulations, SkinKandy cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind once the piercing Services have been performed. 
    6.2 If a verified service or fulfilment issue occurs (e.g. incorrect Service performed), the Client must contact SkinKandy via the Talk to Us page within 30 days of the appointment for review. 
    6.3 Nothing in these Promotion Terms limits the Client’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australia) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 / Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). 

  1. General Conditions 
    7.1 The Promotion is for personal use only and is not applicable to wholesale, resale, or commercial transactions. 
    7.2 SkinKandy reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including in cases of misuse or unforeseen circumstances. 
    7.3 All Services are subject to the SkinKandy Important Terms and Service Waiver, which governs liability, medical disclosures, and Client responsibilities.
