1. Promotion Terms and Conditions

The “WIN A PAIR OF AIRPODS PRO 2” Giveaway will begin at 12:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 13th of March 2026 and will end at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 16th of April 2026 (Promotion Period).

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by SKINKANDY are final and binding in all respects.

No prize will be awarded unless, in SKINKANDY’s sole discretion, the winner has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform or third party through which it may be promoted.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of Western Australia, who:

• Are aged 16 years or older at the time of entry; and
• Become a new KandyClub member during the Promotion Period at SkinKandy Baldivis, WA, AU.

Existing KandyClub members are not eligible to enter.

Employees of SKINKANDY, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings or spouses) and household members are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

• Sign up as a new KandyClub member at SkinKandy Baldivis (WA, AU) during the Promotion Period; and
• Complete all required details at the time of sign-up.

Only one entry per eligible new KandyClub member is permitted.

SKINKANDY reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or submitted in a manner that, in SKINKANDY’s reasonable opinion, compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible new KandyClub sign-ups.

The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 16th of April 2026 at:

Suite 15, 12-20 Ocean Street

Maroochydore QLD 4558

All decisions made by SKINKANDY are final.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) prize awarded.

The prize consists of:

• Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation)

The total prize value is up to AUD $399 (recommended retail value at the time of promotion).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. SKINKANDY reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided at sign-up on or about 17th of April 2026.

If the winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 10 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 27th April 2026 at the same location listed above.

The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode may be published in accordance with WA promotional trade requirements, unless the winner requests otherwise.
