1. Promotion
Terms and Conditions
The ’12 days of Christmas SK giveaway’ will begin at 4pm AEST on the 14th of December 2025 and end on 10.59pm AEST on the 26th of December (Promotion Period).
By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have reviewed, accepted and agreed to these terms, and accept the decisions made by SKINKANDY as final and binding in all respects. No prize will be awarded under the Promotion unless in SKINKANDY’s sole discretion, the relevant prize winner has complied in all respects with the requirements set out in these terms.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any flight and accommodation providers, or Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter or any other channel or medium in which it is promoted.
2. Eligibility.
The promotion is open worldwide*, to those who are 16 years of age or older.
*Only countries and regions that SKINKANDY ships to as of 30th July 2025
SKINKANDY’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, as well as the household members (whether or not related) and immediate family members (parents, step- parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, or spouses) of each are ineligible to enter the Promotion or to win the prize.
3. How to Enter.
To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete all the details on the social media post. This competition will be featured on SkinKandy’s Instagram and Facebook ONLY.
Each day will be a separate winner, and each day will have a separate deliverable.
4. Winner Selection
The winning participant will be determined by SKINKANDY 48hours after that day post is live. This allows time for entries and time differences across AU and NZ.
The winners will be contacted by direct message. The winning participant will be randomly generated online from a pool of all eligible participants.
All decisions by SKINKANDY. are final.
If the winner does not respond to the message within 48 hours, SKINKANDY will select another winner from that day.
5. Prize
The prize will be clearly shown on the social post. Per day.
The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The prize will only be awarded for the dates set out above and SKINKANDY. will not be responsible or liable to replace or provide any part of the prize that is redeemed by the winning participants on the dates set out above, and any part of the prize that is not redeemed by the winning participant will be deemed forfeited.
Any prize that is related or associate to a new piercing, this will NOT include any coverage of 14K gold jewellery. If prize is in the form of an e-giftcard, it will be at the value of SkinKany's decision.
6. Winner Notification
The potential prize winner will be notified by direct message, on either of the three social platforms.
If the winner does not respond to the message within 48 hours, SKINKANDY will select another winner from that day.
7. Privacy
SKINKANDY. will handle information provided by the participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
SKINKANDY. collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers.
