1.1 The Buy 3 Get the 4th Free promotion (Promotion) is offered by SkinKandy Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 148 135 639) trading as SkinKandy, and its related entities, subsidiaries, and franchisees (collectively, we, us, or our).
1.2 By participating in the Promotion, you (the Customer) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable SkinKandy policies, including the SkinKandy Important Terms and Service Waiver, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy available at www.skinkandy.com.
1.3 The Promotion is available in Australia and New Zealand only, while stocks last, and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

Eligibility & Offer Details
2.1 The Promotion applies to selected jewellery styles only, as identified on our website or in participating SkinKandy stores.
2.2 To qualify, Customers must purchase four (4) eligible items in a single transaction. The lowest-priced eligible item will be free.
2.3 The Promotion applies to full-priced and eligible promotional products only and cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, loyalty reward, or offer unless otherwise stated.
2.4 The free item is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying items are in the cart (online) or processed at the register (in-store).

Exclusions
3.1 The Promotion excludes piercing services, aftercare products, gift cards, and any items not expressly marked as part of the Buy 3 Get the 4th Free offer.
3.2 The Promotion is not valid on previous purchases, backorders, or laybys.

Returns, Damages & Exchanges
4.1 Due to hygiene standards and health regulations, SkinKandy is unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any jewellery purchases. This ensures all customers receive new and unhandled products.
4.2 If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our team via the Talk to Us page within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can review and resolve the issue.
4.3 To be eligible for a return under these circumstances, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.4 Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4.5 If items purchased under this Promotion are approved for return due to a verified fault or fulfilment error, any refund or replacement will be recalculated to reflect the Promotion conditions.
4.6 Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required under Australian or New Zealand consumer law.

5.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australia) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 / Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
