SKINKANDY. WIN APPLE AIRPODS MAX
1. Promotion Terms and Conditions
The "WIN APPLE AIRPODS MAX" Giveaway will begin at 12:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 9 July 2026 and will end at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 6 August 2026 (Promotion Period).
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by SKINKANDY are final and binding in all respects.
No prize will be awarded unless, in SKINKANDY's sole discretion, the winner has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform or third party through which it may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, who:
- Are aged 16 years or older at the time of entry; and
- Become a new Kandy Club member during the Promotion Period at SkinKandy Tauranga Crossing, NZ.
Existing Kandy Club members are not eligible to enter.
Employees of SKINKANDY, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings or spouses) and household members are ineligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
- Sign up as a new Kandy Club member at SkinKandy Tauranga Crossing (NZ) during the Promotion Period; and
- Complete all required details at the time of sign-up.
Only one entry per eligible new Kandy Club member is permitted.
SKINKANDY reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or submitted in a manner that, in SKINKANDY's reasonable opinion, compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible new Kandy Club sign-ups.
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 7 August 2026 at:

All decisions made by SKINKANDY are final.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) prize awarded.
The prize consists of:
Apple AirPods Max
The total prize value is up to NZD $1,149 (recommended retail value at the time of promotion).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. SKINKANDY reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided at sign-up on or about 7 August 2026.
If the winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 10 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 17 August 2026 at the same location listed above.
The winner's first initial, last name and postcode may be published in accordance with New Zealand promotional trade requirements, unless the winner requests otherwise.
