General
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all promotions, offers and activities forming part of the SkinKandy Piercing Culture Week campaign ("the Campaign") running from 11 May 2026 to 16 May 2026 inclusive ("the Promotional Period").
The Campaign is operated by SkinKandy Pty Ltd ("SkinKandy", "we", "us"). By participating in any element of the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SkinKandy reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any element of the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms will prevail.
The Campaign is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Participants must be aged 16 years or over. Participants under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent prior to receiving any piercing service.
Kandy Club Priority Day — 2-for-1 piercings
Valid: Thursday 14 May 2026 only, across all SkinKandy stores. Kandy Club members only.
On Thursday 14 May 2026, Kandy Club members may receive a second piercing of equal or lesser value free of charge when a first piercing is purchased at full price ("2-for-1 Offer”).
The 2-for-1 Offer is available to active Kandy Club members only. Membership must be verified at the time of booking or in-store prior to service.
Both piercings must be performed on the same person on the same day.
The offer applies to piercing services only and basic piercing jewellery, if the customer wishes to purchase more expensive piercing jewellery this is of their own choice and will not be included.
The 2-for-1 Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or redemption, including Kandy Club point redemptions.
SkinKandy reserves the right to refuse service where a piercing is deemed medically unsuitable or contrary to our standard piercing policy.
Bookings are strongly recommended and subject to availability. Walk-in appointments are available at SkinKandy's discretion based on store capacity.
The offer is valid on 14 May 2026 only and will be offered at all SK stores across Australia & New Zealand
Win a Free piercing - competition
Competition Dates: Monday 11 May – Saturday 16 May 2026. Open to all current Kandy Club members.
Throughout the Promotional Period, SkinKandy will award one (1) free piercing per hour of trade (8 hours a day = 8 winners per day) to a randomly selected Kandy Club member.
One entry per KandyClub member. Multiple entries will not improve the chances of winning.
Being a Kandy Club member is an AUTOMATIC entry into this competition.
Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by an authorised SkinKandy representative. At the end of each day, 8 (one person per hour of trade) chosen winners will be contacted via an email.
Winners will be contacted directly via the email registered to their KandyClub account. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure their contact details are current.
The free piercing prize will be valued at a $50.00AUD SkinKandy electronic gift card. These prize will be sent via email to the chosen winners. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
For the promotion period, there will be a total of 48 x $50.00AUD e-gift cards given.
The chosen winners will have 24 hours to respond to the email sent by SkinKandy, if they have not responded within this timeframe, another KandyClub member will be selected as a replacement.
SkinKandy's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Stack Sessions
Valid: Tuesday 13 May – Wednesday 14 May 2026. Selected stores only. Appointment bookings required.
SkinKandy will host Stack Sessions at selected stores during the Promotional Period. The Sessions are 20-minute appointment-based styling sessions with a SkinKandy piercing professional.
Workshops run from 11:00am – 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 13 May and Wednesday 14 May 2026 at the following locations: Bondi (NSW), Highpoint (VIC), Chermside (QLD), Hay Street (WA), Newmarket (NZ).
Bookings are required and subject to availability. Appointments cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.

Stack Sessions are complimentary. Piercing services undertaken during or following a session are charged at standard prices, subject to any applicable promotional offer.
Goodie bags provided during Sessions are subject to availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
SkinKandy reserves the right to modify participating store locations or session times without prior notice.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancelled via calling the customer service numbers listed above.
Free gift with online order (GWP)
Valid: Monday 11 May 12:01am AEST – Saturday 16 May 2026 11:59pm AEST
All online orders placed at skinkandy.com during the Promotional Period will receive a complimentary gift with purchase ("GWP").
The GWP will be automatically included with qualifying online orders. No promotional code is required.
The GWP is subject to availability and will be fulfilled while stocks last. In the event that the GWP is out of stock, no substitute or alternative will be provided.
The GWP has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for store credit.
One (1) GWP per order. The GWP does not apply to gift card purchases.
Orders must be placed and confirmed within the Promotional Period. Orders placed outside of these dates are not eligible.
SkinKandy reserves the right to substitute the GWP with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
KandyClub membership
Several elements of the Campaign are exclusive to KandyClub members. Membership is free and open to eligible customers via the SkinKandy website or in-store.
KandyClub membership must be active and verified at the time of participation to access member-exclusive offers.
SkinKandy reserves the right to verify membership status and refuse access to member-exclusive offers where membership cannot be confirmed.
KandyClub membership is governed by the KandyClub T&Cs which apply in addition to these Campaign Terms.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with SkinKandy’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Competition or participating in the Campaign, you consent to SkinKandy collecting, storing and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign and related marketing communications.
